A Do Over

Updated: Jan 8, 2020

New year new me.

Turning over a new leaf.

Stepping outta my old into my new.

You’ve seen it. You’ve heard it. And there’s nothing wrong with declarations or resolutions if that’s your thing, but some of you just need to pull out your notes from last January. The things you prayed for, the instructions you heard clearly from God... more than likely have not changed. The change is going to come from you. If I was a betting woman, I’d bet you God already told you/showed you what to do. Did you do it? (Slow Dora blink) The mothers in my church used to say “Ain’t no fault in God, baby.”

So that’s what I’m telling you today. Look in the mirror. Reevaluate your strategy and pursue. It really is that simple. If it still does not happen, perhaps it’s not God’s timing. I’ll see you when the hype of the New Year wears off and hopefully you’ll still be standing strong, but not empty handed: with results.
